that's weird, cause I had to call that number to activate a new card and I WAS at a Citizens Bank.....

Msg claimed to be from RBS/Citizen's Bank about activating a credit card that we did not order or receive. I called the number back and they would not look up the information without my SS# which I refused to give. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and they hung up.
