It's a collection agency for Wal-mart.

At first I thought it was just a telemarketer since when I answered the first time it was a machine, but it kept calling me so I finally called the number back after googling it & finding out it's from a collection agency for Wal-mart.

I called it back & spoke with a lady telling her this number called my number and asking what they wanted.

She told me she's looking for the parents of a guy's name I do not remember and I told them they have the wrong number and to take me off their list and they did.

So anyways, I found out this number calls people who have shoplifted at Wal-mart or something of the sort & calls to collect money from them. If you didn't do anything like that, you can just say they have the wrong number & to take you off their list and they will.


TIP: Whenever a number calls me I don't know of, I google that number to see where it comes from and if there is any information about that number. There are many phone scams out there and I surely do not want to be the victim of any of them, and I would think you would either. Especially if it is a scamming number or telemarketer, there will likely be information about that number online. Always google numbers you dont know!

I just got a call from this number while my brand new phone with brand new service while my phone was charging.

I missed the call, have no info on it.

do you think this is a collection agency? i've gotten two in the past hour.
