Received a message from Student Outreach Solutions on behalf of Kaplan. I called them back and they wanted personal information and I wasn't about to give it to them since I didn't know who they were. I called the Kaplan Accounts Department and they said it was possible. They reviewed my account and it Turns out the Technology Fees are charged to the accounts automatically and my account was showing a Tech Fee charge of 100 past due balance even though I had graduated and was no longer taking classes. Kaplan is removing the charge.

This crowd called and asked for my social, I obviously refused to give it to then and told them they had no right to call regarding my loans when I have them through a different lender. They then claimed that they were a division of that lender. After some arguing he finally hung up and I called my lender and they said they never heard of that company before...

Mult calls to home line and cell line saying they're collecting agency, requesting soc sec info, etc. Verified w university the agency said they were representing and they didn't know about it.
