I get at least 4 calls a day from this number. No message, no recording.

This is a scam agency, which has been changing its name and incorporation status for over a decade. If you get a call from them, do not answer. Every time you find yourself in the vicinity of a pay phone, call the number back and demand to speak with Mark Slagle, the sleazebag owner of numerous million-dollar properties all of which have been obtained illegally off of the backs of victims of his illegal activities.
Don't leave a message if he doesn't wish to come to the phone (he won't). Call back next time you're at another pay phone. Every couple of minutes wouldn't be inappropriate, so long as he's calling you illegally anyway. If you have friends or family who'd like to help out in the endeavor, the more the merrier.

If you're in the neighborhood and he's home, pay a social call and let him know what he is doing isn't right.

These people are persistent. Program your phone to identify the number (name the number "idiots", "s**itheels", "F**kwads", or something similar) and hang up as soon as they call. Go to donotcall.gov immediately and report a robotic (and thereby illegal) call. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MONEY TO ENCOURAGE THESE ILLEGAL BUSINESS PRACTICES. If you happen to know a senator or congressman, so much the better. These people are low-life, aggressive scum. Put them out of business. If they don't get any money from anyone, they will eventually die a slow and hopefully painful death.

This is a new phone with limited minutes. Caller is a recording in which a voice mail message to call the number is requested. These minutes were given to me under a state plan to help keep connected to medical, family, and emergency personnel. Can't waste the minutes on these type of calls.

The calls continue on and on day after day. I pay all my bills on time every time so if this is a collection agency as everyone is suggesting, why continue to call me. Can someone do something to stop the calls? This is harassment.
