MetLife keeps calling, when I answer the phone, it is always dead air, it called me as early as 7 a.m., and if not answer it will continue to call, normal survey calls or follow calls do not repeat continuously even after you answered them. Not sure if this legitimate MetLife but if it is I have a problem with their phone system. For now I block the number because it's too annoying three or four times a day is obsessive

This is not a Spam call, I just called Met Life to check up on my existing claim. After hanging up from MetLife confirming my status of my claim. The robocall came through for me to answer the survey on how my call went when speaking with the Met Life representative. This is a valid robocall. Not sure why it would call customer or client by mistake but this is a valid number. If it called you again it could be by mistake and you can block it if it continues to call you. But if you call back it is identified itself as a survey and advise that there's no reason to call back they just wanted you to provide your answers as to the quality of the call you placed to them.
