I feel if these people would not have helped me with my email problem... i would have lost me email forever... they are giving great service... Keep it up !!

They have got the best services as compared to other private organizations who take money and run away!

A message would pop up when you open your computer saying to call Microsoft right away , someone is hacking your computer.
Do not fall for it , I have . I called the number and he got me to get into my computer in which I allowed him too , while someone was indeed playing around with my curser, ( could be him or another playing both sides ) and he took awhile and I started wondering why is he taking so long and he got me to pay for a anti spy ware and added on a cleaner on my computer . What was suspicious was he was taking his time , so really he or another was downloading all my info and then he said I will kick him out . Luckly nothing was taken out of my internet credit card .This was a couple of months ago , so now they called me today 4/5/2016 . I answered once , they identified themselves as Microsoft and needed my credit card . I hung up , they called reaptedly and left no voice mail . I had my computer taken to a reputable Microsoft store to have it all restored . So beware of these guys and further more they were East Indians who use American names .

(Indie voice) says they have to get access to my PC because it is acting up and they can fix it. I say how do you know it is acting up? They say they are a software company and I have their product on my PC - and, it signaled them that their was a problem and will help me. I say nonsense and take name off their call list. They say theirs is a courtesy call and service included when software purchased. I ask them to name the software, they hang up.

[Indie voice] Claims I have their software on my PC & that is sending out warning signals to their company. I keep asking to speak to a supervisor to get my number removed from the database. It is at that point the line goes dead.
