Caller ID came through as (916) 476-2389 asking for my ex-husband (mind you, we've been divorced for 10 years) to call them back at 1-888-878-5206 by August 1st. Stated if they did not hear from him by August 1st, they'd assume he was not disputing whatever claims they are talking about and that they'd continue with further action. I simply wanted to call them back and tell them they have the wrong number, and that if they call again, I'd file legal action against them for harrassment. However, I kept getting transfered to "the person at extension 200" voicemail. I didn't want to give "the person at extension 200" my simple message in a voicemail format; I wanted a real body.

Recorded call to speak to my son in law who has no idea who it could be. Recorded call said that he had until August 1st to get this matter straighted out. We'll wait and see. This same call came last year for my son, he called back because I told him that "they" stated that if he didn't return their call, that a warrant would be out for his arrest. Found out a few months ago on the news that these are scams trying to scare you in to paying them. They are under investigation. Ppl have been so afraid that they pay to the scammers money they don't even owe.

A recorded voice came on to tell me if I did not take acton and call back at 1-888-878-5206
extension 1. That papers were going to be filed without further notice to me...Like everyone else I have no Idea who these people are...I dont ever answer Not Provided Calls I did this one by accident.

He said i have owe by paydayloan.
I never had before that.
And he said he know my e mail address but is was not mine,
and he said you will to go prison......
For what?
This is SCAM. Tring to get your money for FREE.

linda from acs associates said if i didnt call her back someone was going to come to my work to serve me papers and said she really didn't want to do that so i should call her back but i'm not.

Have been getting these same annoying calls for about 3 months now and have several messages saved for the FCC. If I can, I plan on recording the messages on my computer and sending them to the FCC They specify a Jacklyn Calaway with a somewhat threatening (Legal sounding) message with a case # of A103500. In one message the person mentions the name Chambers as if it would be the attorney. "Chamber or Chambers office and Associates" . I get messages from a computer voice (Robot like) at times and other times an actual human leaves a message. I have not and will not pick up the calls knowing that its a scam. Also getting the very same calls from a (802)562-8012 but cannot find anything on that number.

Said his name was Don Brisco and that they needs to speak to me regarding case number ######. I ain't calling these people back. They are nuts! Voicemail is the one that said to call the 18888785206 with a certain extension.

these jerks are scam artists. they call saying a cash loan you have paid off years ago actually never was and that your cash loan place used the money fraudulently and now you owe these guys. they are jerks and i defintetly would use stronger language here if i was allowed. they threatned me with jail, with ruining my life and had some broad call me saying she was a process server going to come to my home and serve me if i didnt call the 888 878 5206 number., it got so bad as they called me three seperate times each call worse than the one before. the people i did cash loan with says they have been dealing with them and their victims for over a year and the moment i mentioned the company name they said id was a scam. so dont fall for it. file a complaint with the ftc, fbi and i even went so far as to get a lawyer for harrassment and fraud.

These people use scare tactics and are bullies!

Called again today at 3:55. Voice message stated this is from an external caller. Caller left the following message. This is Don Jasper calling on behalf of ACS and Associates. I want to make you aware of some clams and alegations pending against you in our office. Case file A101090. Documents file in our office under your name and social security number. Need to contact our office at 888-878-5206. Direct extension is 221. My name is Donald Jasper. I have no idea who is ACS and Associates. Stop calling my work. I have better things to do then listen to their bull on my voice mail. I have no intention of returning calls that I know nothing about.

NO NAME. LEFT VOICE MESSAGE STATING I AM A PERSON OF INTEREST. HAVE NO IDEA WHO THIS IS. THEY NEED TO STOP CALLING ME ON MY JOB. I WILL NOT ANSWER UNKNOW NUMBERS OR TOLL FREE NUMBERS AND HAVE NO INTENTION OF RETURNING THEIR CALLS. A 877 917 0137 NUMBER SHOWED UP ON MY CALLER ID. THE RECORDING ASK TO CALL BACK AT 888-878-5206, EXTENSION 1. I HAVE NO INTENSION OF RETURNING THE CALLS. SO THEY CAN STOP CALLING INTERUPTING MY WORK SCHEDULE.
