VM left. Threatened to have federal officers take me to jail if I didn't call back. Called back; Heavy accent; asked for agent number and provided with 4 digit number. Had my name and I did not provide it. Told him I would contact the IRS direct and he said that's fine you can go to jail. Hung up.

IRS scam, I'm in Canada and don't deal with IRS. He told me that he had a warrant out for me and to get a lawyer and he threatened me.
