Apparently you are signed up for the service the minute you receive the first text message. Even if you do not actually sign up for the service. This is quite the little scam.

They could even be confused at a crime scene! For HELP call 18888906150" I immediately replied "stop," and received response "This msg confirms that u have discontinued and will no longer receive messages or charges for this service. Call 18888906150 for help". In light of other people's experiences noted in #7 above, I'm going to monitor my AT&T bill just in case.

Also, they actually charged $9.99 to my wireless phone bill without my permission. I never asked for this service, nor gave permission for them to charge me. I researched online and they are doing this to a lot of people - texting them and then charging them without their permission.

The 2nd message said -"Guess What? Bananas contain a natural chemical which can make a person happy...". The 3rd message said - "MobibroIQ: Welcome to IQ! I called my wireless phone carrier today (same day as receiving the text messages). My account had already been billed $9.99. I did not subscribe for this service, nor did I open nor respond to the text messages.
