Time Warner sucks!  I disconnected my internet service 1 business day ago.  They spent 30 minutes asking me to reconsider.  I finally blew up at the customer service rep, and told them to just disconnect the %&@$ service and stop wasting my time.  So now, 1 day later and after their auto-dialer has called my number 5 times already, I finally speak to another guy asking me to sign up again and demanding me to explain why I disconnected in the first place.  
I told him to end the conversation and to remove my number from the auto-dialer.  He told me that it will take 30 days.  I wonder, why our regulators allow these companies to abuse their customers.  I mean, legislation permits them up to 30 days to remove my number.  So naturally, Time Warner says their systems can only respond in 30 days to a do not call request; But they managed to add my name to the list in 1 day.  F$%k these companies and their pals in the regulatory agencies.  No reason for this to take 30 days.
