Claimed to be collection agency from 'my' bank from a card I DON'T have. Deal with your bank in person, never over the phone.

I have blocked this number and still receive calls. I have asked to be removed from the call list and told them to stop calling. Still get calls.
Called me today at 5:50 pm providing my full name, saying the phone call will be recorded in a self-confident way, then asking me to confirm the last 4 digits of SSN. I told them you are spam, if you need anything, email me with a number that I can call back. She said that she could not email, so I hanged up.
