When I talked to a person he said they were trying to save me money and they were not trying to give me a loan. I said I was not interested and not to call me again. I am on the Do Not Call list and related that to them--told them to take my name and number off their list.

Usually these bastards just keep calling and calling all the time, and if you tell them to stop it just encourages them to call more. Spread the name and address of the company around while you keep checking the internet for valid information and other complaints -- you will find plenty. If they keep calling you, you can keep calling them, send them some mail, or get together with some other angry people and pay them a visit.
