I recieved a call from a Company calling themselves Credit Check
and Filing Co. stating I have committed Check
Fraud and they have a case against me. They say I needed to call
them immediately to rosolve the matter.

They said they were located in Buffaloe, NY

I call the number and told them I do not write a lot of checks
and when I do it is only to one or two people. I went on to tell them
I did not want ot share a lot of information with them because
I did not trust their validity and I did not want to loose
my identity through "Phishing Scams" that are on the uprise.
I then went on to tell them my automobile was stolen in July
and I had a lot of papers in the car and I wanted to talk to the
Supervisor. The person on the other end told me to wait and he
put me on hold. (I suspected he would come back tellign me the
Supervisor was busy or he would call me back) Bingo, he told me
the Supervisor was nto available and he wanted me to give him
my phone number. "?" They called me!!

Anyway, I have had a clean record and I would be purely "Stupid"
to write a bad check or commit check fraud.
