Received a call from this number stating that I had a fraudulent tax return and that I needed to call 888-896-7505 to get this matter resolved.
A recorded message told me that I am being sued by the IRS. If they call you report it to: https://www.treasury.gov/tigta/contact_report_scam.shtml This is not the IRS! These guys are scammers trying to steal your identity and your money.
Caller: IRS SCAMMER
Robot call claimed to be from the IRS. Also claimed that, after an audit, it was found that I was hiding funds owed.
Computer generated voice claiming to be the It's saying after an audit on my taxes I was hiding something and that I needed to call their toll free number immediately to rectify the problem. Scam as I've dealt with the IRS and they only correspond via the USPS.
