Yes but no need I pay my bills
Man with a very thick accent said it was HSBC said the call would be may be recorded and then wanted ME to verify my address and everything. I told them "No sorry I will call back to HSBC to follow up". There is no reason why HSBC should be calling me, NEVER answer information when your "bank" calls you, always look up the direct branch number and call back through that method.
Caller called my home phone (basically every hour) and for some reason they got my cell phone number as well.
The lady that called me was very rude. She got a very heavy accent that I couldnt understand at all, except the part where she said HSBC Mastercard. So I told her to repeat what she said and she thought I don't understand at all and wants to transfer me to another agent (when I have no clue what the call was about). So I just told her straight forward that, "its not that I don't understand English, its because of your accent, maybe it would help if you speak slower." She basically mocked me, saying " Its very simple English, how can you not understand?". At the end she decided to transfer me to another agent, but turns out she doesn't even know how to transfer (cause I can still hear her talking) and hung up on me.
I have got several calls by this number, the caller doesn't leave any message on voice mail and calls very frequently, it has become headache for me,
They will call and call all numbers on file every hour on the hour till they reach someone. They will not leave any message on any line, direct conversations only. After you call them with arrangement on payment it will stop, until the next time. The manager said it was computerized dialing and unless they edit your profile it does not stop. Good Luck All
