Caller ID said "Unknown" so it went to v/m where mild "answer or else" msg was left, so I called back and I talked to a male who kept asking if I was _____ and after answering him a few times with the question of who they are, I finally gave him the case # they left on my v/m. When I asked him what sort of company they were he said he would direct me to someone else. Another male answered (called himself Adam Navarro) who asked if he could help me and if I was looking for an attorney. He stated that they are in California and that Kleinman & Berg is an "big attorneys office." I then told him that I am not in California and that they may want to look into the possibility that someone may be using their number in scams, that is if he truly didn't know what I was talking about. It was at that point where there were now hundreds of attorneys throughout the US and when asked who specifically, he said they are a huge firm. He told me to call the local Sheriffs office or the police here if I feel that there is something fishy going on. I told him I would be doing that directly. I thanked him and hung up. He called back and got sent to v/m. Same sort of v/m...he said that _____ has until tomorrow morning to contact him, that he'll put a hold on "action" until then, but after that point he would do it ("it" was never specified) "without consent."
