Call everyday, today 12:30. Usually 8:37 every nite. Then call again! Sick of it! Where is the no call list? Is no list fake?

They wanted to talk with me about a Vanguard share holders meeting. After that, I blocked the number. They call several times a day, including almost always at 7 or 8 pm.
