CALLED JUST NOW/ SAID FROM MICROSOFT. I KNEW RIGHT AWAY IT'S A SCAM! MAEL VOICE..SOUNDED LIKE INDIAN!

This number called twice today around noon and about an hour apart. The first time I heard the familiar spiel and just hung up. The 2nd time I didn't answer and the recording went to my answering machine. Same as I've reported previously. Robocall (apparent synthesized voice) introduced as from Cathy Jackson of Microsoft. Says I'd purchased a PC tech support plan from Microsoft and that they were refunding prorated balance as the company has been ordered to close (MS close?). Goes on to say I need to call them back at this same number in order to arrange for this refund. I didn't buy a service plan from MS to begin with. Call is terminated when recording ends. CID only shows number and "800 Service." I will block this number because of frequent calls rec'd in last 2 days.

Rec'd robocall this afternoon with female voice, one of many with same recording from several phone numbers, saying I'd purchased a PC tech support plan from Microsoft and that they were refunding prorated balance as the company has been ordered to close. I get a refund! Ha!
