This number keeps calling me at all times of the day and night. When I answer the phone there is no answer on other end but line is connected. Last call I got I told whoever that was on the line no never call this number again. I then heard a man laugh in the background. So I said he he to you too. Don't ever call my number again. I hate being bothered my nut cases like this. I pay for an unlisted number to get nuts calling my phone. I also am on the do not call registry so why am getting these calls

I received several calls a day from this number. I finally decided to call back and its a customer service agent from lowermybills asking if I would like to have agents contact me with quotes.
My suggestion to anyone who is getting these annoying calls - just answer the phone and tell them you would not like anyone to contact you and they will stop calling. If they continue to call after that you can report them.

I have been getting calls from this number a few times a day and no messages left.
it is getting to be annoying and I can not call this number back.. it will not ring through.
