Left message to call business office, but I had paid the bill off completely. Was hesitant to call

Got an automated message saying it was the Genesis Medical System's business office (major clinic/hospital system in the area), calling for my husband. The thing is, we have not used their services in over half a decade, as our insurance doesn't cover them. I have no idea what they would contact us about (surely not bills; none exist!), so I'm a bit skeptical over the legitimacy of it, and if it is, what on earth it could be about. Hesitant to call back in case it's some scam....
