I route some calls to an IVR (phone menu) -- it never rings my phone they are sent directly to be tormented

so to ENCOURAGE removal of my number I AUTOMATE WASTING THEIR TIME & MONEY
it goes on and on with longer pauses and LOUD profanity
agents take notes on calls... the more negative feedback they have in THEIR system about MY number
the sooner THEY will VOLUNTARILY STOP calling me
I don't mind paying $0.001/min to automatically abuse them into deleting my number. (forward call to SIP URI, voip service with IVR feature like vitelity, anveo, voipms)
It's waaaaay more effective than being polite

Find an inexpensive lawyer and file a CIVIL ACTION against them for COSTING YOU money on a phone you pay to receive calls
To try to get me to buy more services from Charter, the internet, TV and phone service provider. Every 4-6 weeks they have a sales drive and I receive anything from 2 - 6 calls a day. I recognize the # and do not answer the phone.
Continuous repetitive calling is enough reason to not use Charter ever again.
I am a customer and I only have internet. They are trying to sell me a bundle package that I do not want. I have asked them to stop calling me for over a month and that they take me off their list. They said they did that over a week ago yet the calls continue.
Charter is most annoying company I have even know. They have been calling me every day since one year ago, trying to sell TV and phone plans. Unfortunately I don't other choice of internet providers.
