call all the time then never answer when i pick up

Veritas (Debt Collector). As previously reported, called my personal cell for another person. Cell is a reassigned number from a major Canadian service provider and I get numerous calls for the previous customer who did not pay their bills. Debt collectors call despite being told about reassigned number, as well as, an updated voice message clearly indicating new owner of phone - waste of time for me and for them (make work project - probably get paid by the number of calls and report a higher case load to their managers). Probably should google client's name and search for them that way. Number blocked and reported to service provider.

This people are very rude and have no shame ! They will brake the laws and try to mess with people this company needs to be shut down !
