Scam
This is a MedicarePlus Card call center calling random people's phone numbers to try and sign them up. I called them back and got a live person immediately. I told them I wasn't any where near the age to get Medicare and please take me off their list. She took my first name and repeated my phone number and said it will be removed within 72 hours... we'll see.
