I keep receiving calls from someone name Robert Baxter. My name is never mention but he said I or my lawyer needed to contact him the same day
or he would report I refuse legal counsel. I have no idea what type of claim this is.

Same thing as the others called and left a message saying He was Robert Baxter got a call 5 days ago from a slightly different number 901-425-1314 today was 1316. Said he was Robert Baxter the voice sounded different from 5 days ago almost robotic said I or my counsel needed to call them back today about pending litigation or I was waving my rights and then it would be too late. I know this is a scam.
