Robert Baxter with "pretrial litigation"....of course, it's bogus! Add this one to the millions of others who threaten lawsuits/jail/charges, etc. on unpaid payday loans that don't exist. Don't these people have better things to do with their time? Report all such calls to the authorities and NEVER give them any information.
