They called me and when I asked who they were and some information about the company they hung up because I would not give them any information about me! Total scam

Got a call from a Mr Baxter claiming I had a warrant for my arrest for an unpaid payday loan from 2013, I don't take out loans. He said if I didn't pay 1601 dollars that day the warrant would go out. I ran my credit report ASAP and found nothing on there about any type of loan.

How do you call someone and not ask for the person you are desiring to call you back?
