Called and did not leave a a message

I received a call from two different numbers and from two different states trying to sell home security. The first number is 903-200-2074 from collinsville, tx and the other is 540-628-9534 from Stanford, va. I accepted the call from the latter one and asked the lady to give me her name and company, she did. I asked if she worked for a telemarketer and she said no. She told me she was based out of Dallas Texas. I asked her to put me on the do not call list and send me a copy of your do not list call policy, I got hung up on. Lawsuit?
