I received a call yesterday April 25, 2011 on my cell phone and my job from the number above. He said his name was Officer Jack Smith, but he had a middle eastern accent?? yeah ok like believed him. He asked to speak to me but I told him she was not in today, He left a number for me to call, I did call back later after work but there was no answer. I did apply for a few loans back in December, but never recieved money in my account and I have proof on top of that!! I recieved a call two months ago in february stating that I had a criminal case against me in California recieving funds that I never did, everytime they put a different person on the phone, they all had a heavy accent!!! SCAM!!!

I have been receiving phone calls from this number and many others, same guy Frank Jordan. I wish he'd stop, not sure what to do. He's been calling and harassing for over 6 months now! I have requested the information to be mailed to me, says I owe on a loan but won't tell me the name of the company or where they are located. So when I refused to pay over the phone he said he would have me harassed. I'm still waiting for something in the mail or to be sued and NOTHING! Just phone call after phone call after phone call!!

I received a call today, April 14, from Richard Parker at the phone number 903-213-5431. He said i illegally took out a loan from EasyCash.com. After I argued with him asking for contact information for the payday loan website, I admitted to applying for a few payday loans, but not from EasyCash.com. (MyCashNow.com, MoneyMutual.com, etc). I never received any funds into my account and i have bank statements to prove it. He told me that I will get a visit from my local sheriff tomorrow. We'll see. (He also had a middle eastern accent, I even asked him to put someone else on the phone who could read the charges to me more clearly, but then he began yelling at me!)
