They leave this message: I'm contacting you about complaints on you and are taking you to court or I could resolve this matter out side of court and if we do not hear back from you by 06:00 PM tonight we will send a sheriff to pick you up at your place of work or at the house. Then they called my cell phone so I ask them who they worked for and the put me on hold and never came back.

Received very same call...said they were calling Tracey Means and continued w/ same debt call.

They called my phone and said essentially the same things but we're looking for my son. After checking this site I am not returning the call.

They leave this message:

I'm contacting you from the processing division. I received an order for you. It looks like two charges pending. Now unfortunately because I'm unable to reach you by phone I will be actively pursuing you at your place of employment and your residence. You have the right to contact the client to resolve this matter voluntarily. Understand when you are located you forfeit that right. Your case number is 100438. I had received a similar call last year about this time with a ghost debt. They claimed I owed 400+ on credit card I never had, considering I lived in another country during the time they say the account was opened. They refused to tell me the account number and said they would mail me a signature required letter. They never sent it. The account they used was fake.
