I received this message yesterday 04/06/16 stating this from James Caspin, this is do irritating and feel for the people that will truly believe this crap. I don't have time for this foolishness. "Hi this message is to intended to contact you. My name is James Caspin and I'm calling regarding an enforcement action executed by the US Treasury intending your serious attention. Ignoring this will be an intentional offense to avoid initial appearance with your magistrate judge or a grand jury or a federal criminal offense. My number is 903-781-1052, I repeat 903-781-1052. I advise you to cooperate with us and help us to help you." Repeated 3 times

Received call this morning at 8:34a from Alba, TX. I did not answer as I did not recognize the caller. Caller did not leave a message. I will block as scam.

I called back to see what he wanted. He hung up on me. When I called back asking to place me on a do not call list, he said he wanted to F#$@ me. Block the number.
