I got a call from the same Jim Bass, refused to provide me any information about the payday loan company or provide me copies of the alleged debt

I believe this is a scammer claiming to be from a debt mediation company collecting for a payday loan company. He could not tell me the name of the company or the exact amount of the original loan. He said his name was Jim Bass.
