Caller stated they were a special investigator "Tracy Jordan and a file was completed against you. Theuy want you to settle. Called back, no one picks up. Even had the wrong first name.
I received a call from Professional Investigator Brittney Lewis(Willis) who said a complaint and restraining order has been issued for me. She said that they have tried to serve me several times at my house and confirmed my address. She wanted the first 5 digits of my social security number which I did not give her. Case number provided was DSMC5118. They further went on to say that it might be related to a Discover Card (which I've never owned) or possibly a Pay Pal account that was closed and paid in full in 2005, but that I am being charged with fraud and malicious intent and need to appear in court within 24-48 hours in front of a judge. They wanted my checking account information to set up a payment plan which would be reduced to $451.00 if I made a payment of $125.00 immediately. I told them I didn't have a checking account and if they needed to serve me, I'm home as I am unemployed at this time and hung up. The number they provided to me was 904-270-9922.
Threaten me that I have a restraining order. They called all my family and left messages.i feel they somehow got my and my family personal information.please take care of this. Chris
I recd the same....just a scam tactic....tell them to kiss your ass....lol
why not call your local FBI office when you get these calls and do a 3 way call with the FBI Investigator on the phone with you. Let's really get back at them. This way FBI will here it themselves and see if they can stop this. That is what I told my cousin to do.
