i got to same call today and it did not sound right it . i checked it on google said the the same thing on my message and the first preson on the top of this page said.

Rec'd this call this morning on my house and cell phone. Shannon identified herself as a "special investigator", and calling me on a pending complaint against me personally. Gave me some Claim & affidavit number starting with NRC####. Told me to call 904-270-9922 or forward this information to my attorney. I questioned who she worked for, and after she didn't tell me I then stated this must be a scam, telling her of known phone numbers that when you call them, they show up as huge charges on your bill. She denied this claim, and said this is legit and that I need to call the number. After continually telling her this was a scam, she hung up. Total Scam! Total Scum too!

I had a suspicious phone call from the same number above, I googled the number and found the post above. She asked to talk to my husband, said there was a complaint against him. He called back and they said it was an unpaid balance from 2002, he hung up on them. Really? Who would let an unpaid balance go for 8 years?? Thank you to the person above who posted this complaint, it may have saved us.
my wife got the sam call from a special agent david green. i was like wth and i asked my wife she had ticked anyone one off. but usually dont the cops serve the papers for a order of protection. i was wanting to know if this is a scam or for real.
