Received a call from "Mark Young." Number came up as "TruGreen Sales." I had spoken with TruGreen the previous day to get an estimate on lawn service, so he may really have been with TruGreen. High pressure to sign up and provide credit card info. Kept lowering the price. Refused to send email with info confirming the scope of service and the pricing. I terminated the call.

I had similar situation on Monday. Called Trugreen and "Rick" was very aggressive with why I wouldn't sign up that moment. I was a previous customer and he had no respect and customer service skills. Just wanted sale. I also asked for a email of quote and never received it. I will not be doing business with Trugreen going forward do to RICK's attitude.
They call people from this number, if you look the number up, it comes up as "Franklin Lee Marshall" they are likely a robocaller or spammer... they call and say they are "Bob With True Green" and demand payment.
