there calling me saying i owe them money and also there saying that i going to get arrested for not paying them back..

Keeps calling pretending to be a officer giving personal info to other people

this number keeps calling non stop .. at work and at on cell phone .. informed of cease on cell phone per fdcpa mr straight out says no .. advsd of cease my place of employment .. mr sys no he will call ... while on phone he calls 2 more times on cell phone .. adviced on recorded phone line .. stated date and time of formal cease and desist .... mr "ballsmith" as he idself calls my job 6 more times diclosing all info about reason for call to my employees and supervisor .. per fdcpa is against the law to disclose purpose of call .. i am a debt collector this is total scam ...call 877-438-4338 ftcc

The person that keeps calling me claims to be an "officer", I delt with these people last year. I got the FBI involved because they kept telling me I would be sent to California for some debt I owe. I called every court in Calinfornia...they had no case on me. finally the FBI convinced me it was a scam. These people are horrible and deserve to be punished. Do not give them your money or information. Tell them off and report them ASAP to the FBI. Mabye if enough of us report it they will investigate.

They never state who I supposedly owe or who they are contacting me about. person states that I commit Fraud regarding a loan, he has my Soc. security number. i received calls like this previously and they were Fraud - trying to scam money out of me.
