Received call from a Mr Davis claiming he was from Up Front Cash, a company I received a loan from. He had my contact information, work phone, cell phone, email address, and bank info. The date the payments came out of my account and all. He offered me a deal on paying half of what I owed on the balance of my loan. Everything seemed to be on the up and up until I didn't receive the confirmation email I was supposed to receive. I contacted him and left messages for him which weren't returned. I was no longer able to contact him. This is a scam. I contacted the company to see what they had on file and my loan was still the same balance , no courtesy waive of finance charges and certainly no courtesy on pying half the balance of what was owed.
