Said was from ap associates said was giving opportunity to respond to his client

A call from AC capitol (Danny Vicker) saying that they had important documentation that they need to speak with me about that I may or may not be aware of...Idiot thinks I was born yesterday and immediately went online to research..I will report them on every site available. I count it as an invasion of MY privacy roghts!!!

The pushy young lady said that they received court papers from a specific creditor and if I received them (which I hadn't). She said she is giving me the opportunity to respond. When she left a message she heard my business and called my broker and asked him for me to call her so I thought it was of importance. I told her if she calls again I will "sue" her quicker than she can say "help". They are using gorilla tactics and you can use them right back. It has been 3 weeks and I never received any court papers nor another call form this firm.
