I missed this call, they did not leave a voice mail. Web searching tells me it is probably scammers pretending to be my credit card company.

The message said that I needed to speak to an operator about lowering my credit card interest rates. They said to press 1 to speak to an operator.

Said that they have been trying to get a hold of me and that this would be their final attempt to reach me in order for me to take advantage of their services to lower my credit card payments but that I would have to be within a certain amount in debt to receive their services. After the recording it asks for the person to press "1" to talk to an operator. After reaching a live person, I tried to carry on a conversation, but within the first few seconds the operator hung up. I did not request these phone calls as I don't own a single credit card so I have no need for their services in the first place and they have been calling for over 6 months or more now and I'm fed up. I can't talk to anybody live and I've tried a few times and many more times I answer calls to dead air and I'll attribute those calls to this company for now until they stop calling me all together!!

Called private cell phone @ 12:11p CST on Dec 28, 2012. No message left. If history is any indication, it's the same company who pretends to be your credit card company. Since I'm not an idiot, I just hang up on them and never give them a chance to offer anything. Credit card companies don't call you, but even more-so don't call you on a number you never gave them. :)

They called saying they were with Cardholder Services and that this was a last-chance opportunity to lower my debt on this account. I pressed 1 to speak to an operator who asked me if I had credit card debt over 4,000, when I told her she should know since she is with cardholder services, she hung up.
