Scammers
The day after I listed my property FSBO on Zillow, I began receiving multiple calls from men and women at (904) 407-39xx. The caller leaves a SCRIPTED voicemail claiming to be "Alex, calling on behalf of (various names including: Angela Davis, Linda Reader, Zachary Viper or others), a local home buyer, who is interested in this property for sale by owner at _________, WA. Kindly give us a call at (various call back numbers including: 904-274-1549, 904-407-3950, 904-438-4643, and 206-792-7400)." I've not returned any of their calls as web searches have advised that the caller is a company (not a Realtor) in Jacksonville, FL trying to find desperate real estate sellers willing to sell at a steep discount, PHISHING for information about the property, including how much is still owed.
