Called me 6:04 am Arizona Time, no messages
Called the number back from land line and it won't even go through. Blocked the number on my cell!
Nobody there the first 2x's times. I do not answer the calls anymore, but they are constantly consistent and annoying!

That might help, maybe. I don't call unknown phone numbers without a voicemail being left.
My wife and my own cell phone have both received calls from this caller. No message and the caller continues to annoy us even though we are on the no call list.
