Scam caller, Fake IRS

I have been receiving this phone call for the last two months, it is a recorder and the message is always incomplete or cuts.
It says it the IRS.

Yes I received a VM saying they had been trying to get ahold of me for the last 6 months and so now they are taking me to court over it. If it was real it would be a real person and you would have also received a letter. So FAKE
