A Daniel Richards from David L. Parker called my son at work and told him he owed money on his PayDay loan. My son never applied for a loan. I called the 904-584-6058 number and spoke to a woman and asked for documentation to be e-mailed to me about my son's loan. In 24 hours I have called 5 times and no e-mail was ever sent. Earlier today I called and demanded to speak to Daniel Richards the "attorney" who was handling my son's account. He would not take the call, nor would he call me back as I left my office number. I have filed a complaint with the Florida Attorney's General Office and plan to do so with the Kentucky office as we live in Louisville. I have no idea how they got my son's name and work number.

This is a total scam do not call them report them to your local FBI field office. If you can ask them for an address or information to pay them. They will probably ask you to wire money. David L. Parker is not a law office in FL. There is a David Boyd Parker in St. Augustine but he is dead.

I have received numerous calls from this number stating that I took out a payday loan for $350 (which I never did). I was told this is the law office of David Parker with an address of 8163 Decor rd. Ostervile, Ma 02655. Each time I requested proof of this loan I was told it would be emailed to me within the hour and of course, I never receive the email. I have spoken to a Brial Taylor, Jason Arthur who claims to be one of the attorneys and a women who would not give her name. I want these calls stopped.

This is Jim Cheaf of Leemer & Associates Law Firm and we have charges filed against you from Payday USA because of a loan you received and never paid back (Which I have NEVER received) and if you do not send us $415 today we will issue a warrant on Monday morning to which I replied Please issue it TODAY because I am about to file a report with the FBI. Then he hung up.
