I'm on the national do not call list and he's called several times.

If it doesn't come up with a name I know, I just send it to voicemail. They never leave a message.
I have been receiving several calls on my cell phone from 904-717-7557. I have NO IDEA who it is. Does anyone know why that number does not come up on a phone search?
Received a call from 904-717-7557 to my cell phone on Fri, Sept 25th @ 4:15pm eastern. Did not answer. No message left. Caller ID says "Jacksonville, FL."
