Answered in my cheery receptionist voice he asked for Steven. I said "ohhhh....you have the wrong number, but thanks for calling!"And hung up on him as he tried to ask something else.

Although I did not recognize the number, I decided to answer it. I remain silent until I heard a faint voice. It was a man asking for me by name. I did not answer him by name but asked what it was in reference to. He replied, calling for our Disable Veterans and seeking contribution. I can't validate this, but decline.
