Person with thick Indian accent stating that I will be sued, if I don't call them and pay a loan which I never made... Yeah right!

Received call from a guy named David with heavy accent. Said he was doing investigation and that if I didn't comply I would be arrested. I asked him the name of company and told me not to worry about that. I told him I was recording call and asked what did he want from me. He said nothing now just wait and see. I would be behind bar because he is going to prosecute for fraud on a loan. I told him I have not taken any loans. I asked to him to delete my number and name from his data base if didn't want anything from me. He eventually said the name of his company is US legal Services.

i got the same phone call today and that was the same man.he told me everything he told u.y do people do that.u no u got people who havent be in jail and they call and make calls like that.

This guy with a heavy middle eastern accent called and said that there was a criminal lawsuit filed against me and he needed my lawyers name and info.. Couldn't understand a word he was saying , so I told him to get someone that could speak english and clearly. e put me on hold and came back acting like he was someone else... After him telling me I wasn't an american...WOW...look whos talking..And continued to yell at me... I told him not to ever call my number again... And I hung up..within 30 seconds he was calling back and continued to be very rude and calling me a criminal.. I hung up again and he called back I had my son answer the phone and he was very rude and my son told him not to call again and hung up...he called right back.. He started telling my son how he was going to screw him and everything...Never could give me info I wanted or tell me what it was in regards to... This place is a scam... Getting money from people....DON'T FALL FOR IT...BE AWARE..... And this guy should go back to his country and do what they do...you all know what that is.....
