I received a call as well she had my name. Has anyone else received a call where they used your name?

Be careful 904 930 4246. Just called my cell phone twice. I don't pick up unknown. One message asked for Michelle. That isn't my name. She threatens lawsuit for large monies. Strange. I will keep blocking. Must b scammers

A woman by the name of Annette called me from this number. She told me that I owed $1835.00. I had no idea what she was talking about it.
I told her to send me documentation . It is the law. She hung up on me.
Definitely a scam.

I just got a phone call from 904-930-4246 claiming that I had an unpaid loan from 2010 and that I was being sued by the company who issued the loan. I have no idea what she was talking about. Bottom line, she said I was going to be sued for over $1100. They claim to be from a company call mediation process services. I first talked to Annette who put me on hold and right away transferred me to Meghan Williams. Anyways, I don't recall ever having a loan, quite weird that they have the last 4 digits of my SSN and email address and two of my former mailing addresses. I asked her that I needed documentation supporting their claim, that I needed copies of my my ID's and/or contracts that I apparently signed. She said she'd call me back tmr with that documentation. I strongly believe this is a USA scam. Don't fall for it. Her direct line 904-559-1226
