Mca Financial... dealing with 10 year old debts in my case that fell off of my credit reports 6 years of the date of last transaction... also call from their islington ave toronto location. Just people trying to use arcaic fake bs scare techniquec(i was a collector, so i know how the game works). They get you address from whats on your drivers license, so rent a mailbox in your area... write the addres like an apt address eg #123-1234 Anystreet, Anytown, Any province, m1a 2b3, example, as they can never make you pay!!!! Also they send a letterhead from a phooey lawyer name to scare you 'Sauvageau & Associates Baristers & Solicitors" serving ontario and Quebec.... probably another phooey name for other provinces/states...just remember that any mail you get will be from the address on your license, and is only from collectors...lol just return to sender...... for the law change in @))&, after 2 years of debt default, it is written off, and they are unable to even try to collect... This is Facts people!!!!! Hope this helps!!! Have no worries, and if you get calls you may just have to change your number.... if you tell the phone company you keep getting crank calls or hang up calls all the time, they will wave the fee... also get the new one 'unlisted / non-published' for $2. more a month...... These people are highly motivated as the commissions and bonuses are very lucrative...... i was making &1200- $1800 a week in 2008 im the industry.... so here is the way around the game lol!!!

This company calls a couple times a month for the past year. I've told them at least 6 times they have the wrong number and keep asking them to remove the number. Today I spoke to Masood Popal who's the VP who is also a real estate agent with Remax Professionals. This guy is anything but professional. Popal hung up before I could tell him that if he keeps calling I'll file a complaint with the ministry since harrassing people that are not related to the debtor is agains the law.

those people are not polite and try to collect debt that are too old.
