Whoever set up this scam has a lot of time on their hands. This is one of MANY phone numbers they use to bypass call blocking. I've only gotten three seconds of their voice mail but it always ends with "Thank you, and have a wonderful day!"
Calls you twice a day using a different number.
It was another call to talk about student loans and I said your wasting your time and hung up on him
"Thank you and have a wonderful day." I get calls with this message twice a day. The numbers are *always* different.
