Oldest scam in the auto industry

I was in the process of making an outgoing call as this woman in the most snotty voice says "okay bye. I called back 4 more times barely was able to speak and she hung up on me 4 more times. I would think you would want friendlier customer service agents working for your company. At least find out if people have a car before you call trying to extend their car warranty. That was an extremely rude person. I wouldn't call her a lady. Apparently she has been calling for a while as she said, well she was calling a number I know longer use. Might want to try and stay up to date on these things for your business if it is even a real business. By the rudeness of the customer service agent I would imagine it is a scam or someone should be fired. I know her name but unlike her I am a kind person and am not going to mention who I spoke with.
