i really don't know what the jerk wanted, I hung up after I told him not to call my cell, but the unwanted calls websites say that they are telemarketers trying to sell home improvement... they are scammers and phishers!

For 4 months, I have repeatedly asked to be taken off of their call list with no success. As soon as I say something to the person calling about my request they hangup, but has continued to call.
